Role Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is building a major destination that aims to reshape entertainment, culture, and hospitality in Saudi Arabia. Within the Hospitality Business Unit, the team is creating a portfolio of hotel assets that are central to this vision. The organization is looking for seasoned professionals who can help deliver these assets with strong design quality, memorable guest experiences, and solid commercial outcomes.
In this position, you will contribute to business planning, project coordination, and executive-level reporting across the Hospitality BU. Your work will support the tracking of priorities, the execution of strategic initiatives, and the preparation of clear information to aid decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with building and monitoring business plans, priorities, and strategic programs for the Hospitality BU.
- Follow up on milestones, deliverables, and performance measures to keep progress visible.
- Keep trackers and dashboards updated so stakeholders can quickly see status, risks, and required actions.
- Help prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing packs.
- Bring together inputs from different teams to support alignment and on-time completion.
- Monitor action items and follow-ups, escalating unresolved items when needed.
- Perform basic analysis to surface patterns, risks, issues, and potential opportunities across initiatives.
- Serve as a coordination contact for stakeholders, including communication support and scheduling.
- Contribute to improving planning and coordination workflows.
- Maintain documentation, records, and related supporting files.
- Manage sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Between 4 and 7 years of experience in business planning, administration, PMO, or coordination functions.
- Practical exposure to reporting, dashboards, or tracking tools.
- Background in cross-functional work environments.
