About the Role

The Senior Specialist in After Sales Training at CEER Motors is responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing comprehensive technical training programs for the dealership and service network. The focus is on ensuring technicians possess thorough expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CEER electric vehicles (EVs), with emphasis on high-voltage safety and uniform technical proficiency throughout all service centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical training sessions covering CEER EV systems, high-voltage safety measures, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Deliver a blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and digital training formats across various venues including technical workshops, EV laboratories, service centers, and classrooms.
  • Create and regularly update curricula, technical documentation, manuals, presentations, and competency assessments aligned with CEER standards and product technology developments.
  • Administer both practical and written skill evaluations to certify technician competence and readiness for service tasks.
  • Ensure all training content is current, precise, and consistent with engineering updates and product releases.
  • Contribute to planning annual and quarterly training schedules tailored to departmental goals and network needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of trainee performance, attendance, and certification achievements.
  • Identify skills gaps in technicians and recommend targeted training interventions to the After Sales Training Manager.
  • Support new product launches by preparing and delivering specialized technical training materials.
  • Guarantee all training practices comply with Electric Vehicle and high-voltage safety regulations.
  • Participate in testing and validating innovative training tools, equipment, and instructional methods.

Managerial Duties

  • Help meet departmental objectives by providing precise, quality training and achieving designated performance targets.
  • Ensure implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, and controls for all assigned training activities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve training processes, resources, and learner outcomes.
  • Manage timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and assessments within the training function.
  • Maintain confidentiality of CEER’s internal data and proprietary training materials.
  • Strictly observe Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards, particularly for EV and high-voltage safety protocols.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering is required.
  • Certification in EV or High-Voltage systems is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in automotive technical roles involving diagnostics and repairs is essential.
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training is preferred.
