About the Role
Bloomreach builds an AI-powered personalization platform designed to help businesses create more relevant customer experiences across the journey. The company focuses on autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing, all driven by its AI engine, Loomi. Its platform is used by more than 1,400 global brands across retail, financial services, hospitality, and gaming.
In this position, you will serve as a senior pre-sales advisor within a fast-moving sales organization, supporting customers and prospects in the MENA region. You will work closely with the sales team to shape value-driven solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and help establish long-term customer relationships. The role also contributes to improving the tools and processes that support growth across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Account Executives to run discovery sessions, craft solutions, and present technical information for Bloomreach Engagement.
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations, proof-of-concept work, and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Convert business pain points into practical technical solutions that clearly show business value.
- Serve as a dependable advisor for prospects, customers, and partner organizations.
- Lead or contribute to architecture conversations involving marketing, data, and IT stakeholders.
- Help improve internal tools and operating processes as the team expands across EMEA.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and frame them in a clear, business-oriented way.
- A proactive, inquisitive approach and comfort working in fast-paced sales environments.
- Background or familiarity with marketing technology, CRM systems, or analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong interest in growing within a SaaS company.
- Experience with martech tools such as CDPs, campaign orchestration, or customer data pipelines.
- Exposure to platforms such as Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or similar products.
- Fluency in one or more widely used European languages.
