Job Overview
This position involves relocating to Qatar full-time and onsite as part of the iHorizons sales team. The key responsibility is to promote and sell our comprehensive suite of software products and services to new and existing clients across multiple industry sectors, while managing the complete sales lifecycle. The role includes overseeing newly acquired accounts in partnership with the Sales Operations Team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Primary Objectives and Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, progress leads into qualified sales opportunities, respond to bids, and successfully close contracts.
- Target sales of complex, large-scale solutions to major organizations and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle including prospecting, client engagement, solution development, bid preparation, and negotiation.
- Establish trust as a technology advisor by understanding client business and technology needs, offering customized solutions, and positioning iHorizons effectively.
- Collaborate with the bidding team to ensure proposal accuracy and quality until deal closure.
- Provide actionable market and competitor intelligence to senior leadership.
- Negotiate and close deals independently for small to mid-sized contracts, and assist management with larger negotiations.
- Ensure revenue generation meets or exceeds targets with sustainable profit margins.
- Serve as the consistent point of contact, conducting continuous market and client research to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support project teams by monitoring implementation progress and proactively ensuring customer satisfaction from initiation through completion.
- Expand account footprint through relationship management and organizational influence.
- Prepare comprehensive account development plans analyzing revenue potential, risks, and requirements to maximize business opportunities.
- Support contract renewals, invoice follow-up, and payment collections in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all client contracts, service offerings, and pricing structures.
- Regularly update CRM systems logging sales activities and provide reports as requested by management.
- Engage in client visits, relationship building with senior executives and technical decision-makers, marketing collaborations, and participation in trade shows to foster business development.
Educational and Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Ongoing professional development in sales and technology fields is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a comparable role selling customized enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience in digital transformation sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern markets, particularly Qatar, is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms is considered beneficial.

Additional Information
This role requires an individual fully relocating to Qatar. Close collaboration with sales and operations teams along with frequent client engagement across sectors will be expected.
