Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic Sales Professionals for our Retail Housing Finance division. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio with ticket sizes ranging from INR 10 Lakhs to INR 1 Crore, driving growth through direct sourcing and channel partnerships. This position is based in Indore, India.
Key Information
- Role: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
- Experience Required: 2 to 6 years in Home Loans & LAP
- Locations: Indore, Baroda, Rajkot
- Target Ticket Size: INR 10 Lakhs to INR 1 Crore
- Compensation: Competitive CTC plus substantial sourcing incentives
- Industry: NBFC / Banking
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Sourcing: Originate Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) with values from INR 10 Lakhs to INR 1 Crore.
- Segment Expertise: Serve both formal income earners and high-end informal income segments.
- Network Development: Establish and activate networks of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), local contacts, and builders.
- Market Penetration: Drive sourcing initiatives and leverage references within the open market in Indore, Baroda, or Rajkot.
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire customer journey from application login to final loan disbursement.
- Credit Collaboration: Liaise with credit teams to address and resolve underwriting queries.
Required Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in NBFCs or Banks, specifically in mortgage lending.
- Product Knowledge: Profound understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle, from login to disbursement, particularly for mid-ticket loans.
- Geographical Acumen: Demonstrated strong local network and market insight for the assigned location.
- Essential Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation capabilities.
