Role Overview
This position focuses on turning qualified prospects into completed vehicle purchases and financing agreements. The role is centered on closing sales, guiding customers through the buying process, and supporting deal conversion from initial interest to final agreement.
Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing sales leads and opportunities.
- Lead consultations with customers to understand vehicle needs and present suitable options.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales transactions.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
- Work toward and meet monthly sales performance goals.
- Keep customer and deal information accurately updated in the CRM.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in sales.
- Experience in automotive sales or finance-related sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A results-oriented approach with a strong focus on targets.
Salary
The compensation offered is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month, along with commission.
