Job description
Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Lead is responsible for directing sales operations, attracting new clients, and driving growth objectives through establishing solid relationships and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to broaden the customer base.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Create and deliver professional sales proposals and respond effectively to client requests.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales goals consistently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a superior customer service experience.
- Preferably leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity and sales methods.
Qualifications and Experience
- Two to three years of experience in sales roles.
- Proficient in preparing and drafting sales proposals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Socially skilled with professional customer handling abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
