Senior Sales Assistant

Overview

Flo & Frankie is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Senior Sales Assistant to join their Sylvia Park boutique team on a full-time basis, working 35+ hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, customer service, and contributing to a dynamic, supportive retail environment.

Role Summary

In this position, you will be entrusted with creating exceptional shopping experiences through warmly engaging with customers, styling outfits, and fostering genuine connections. You will continually support your colleagues by leading through example and enhancing the overall ambiance and performance of the store.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a customer-centric retail setting with a strong commitment to outstanding service delivery.
• Friendly and approachable manner, making all visitors feel welcomed and appreciated from entry to exit.
• Passion for fashion and styling, able to confidently assist customers to look and feel great.
• Ability to thrive amid fast-paced environments while effectively collaborating with team members to reach collective goals.
• Adaptable, proactive, and motivated with a positive outlook and readiness to learn and develop continually.
• Solid experience in fashion retail leadership, comfortable owning store floor responsibilities and mentoring associates.
