Responsibilities
- Match potential clients with suitable property options based on their stated preferences and needs.
- Operate effectively in a target-oriented sales setting to support revenue growth.
- Use available resources efficiently to support the sales process and client engagement.
- Contribute informed and practical input during negotiations.
- Handle objections, disputes, and other challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
Required Competencies
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or industry.
- Bring 1 to 4 years of local real estate experience.
- Experience working with both developers and brokers will be considered an added advantage.
- Show strategic thinking and the ability to approach situations creatively.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Understand Arabic culture well.
- Be confident in managing conflicts or difficult conversations.
- Show a proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.
- Bring passion, integrity, and commitment to the role.
- Display empathy and a strong customer-service mindset.
