Job description
About Vinted
Vinted is focused on making second-hand the preferred choice, and the team is committed to helping members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle goods so each item can be used again and again.
The Vinted Group includes three business areas that support this purpose. Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s largest second-hand fashion platform and a growing destination for pre-loved goods across 20+ markets. Vinted Go improves delivery with a broad network of more than 500,000 pick-up and drop-off locations and partnerships with 60+ carriers across Europe, along with services such as item verification. Vinted Pay is the newest unit, providing secure and dependable payments within the Vinted app for buyers and sellers across Europe.
Vinted was founded in Lithuania in 2008 as a way for friends to pass on clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, it became Lithuania’s first unicorn. The company is headquartered in Vilnius, has offices across Europe, and now employs more than 2,000 people.
About the Role
The People team plays an essential part in shaping the organization and protecting the culture. As Senior Rewards Manager, you will help define, implement, and continuously improve the total rewards strategy so it supports engagement, performance, and retention across all markets.
You will work closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to make sure compensation and benefits approaches are competitive, fair, and aligned with Vinted’s culture and growth plans. The role blends strategic collaboration, analytical work, and direct ownership of rewards projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain compensation structures such as salary bands and job levelling frameworks together with People and Finance partners.
- Run market benchmarking, study compensation trends, and turn the findings into recommendations that balance external competitiveness with internal equity.
- Act as the main reward contact for selected business units and advise People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on complex pay decisions, offers, and international mobility situations.
- Lead rewards initiatives including country launches, M&A integrations, and updates to total rewards policies.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles in international settings, preferably in tech or scale-up companies.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, and benefits administration.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability, with the ability to explain insights clearly through numbers.
- Comfort working with job architecture frameworks and compensation systems or platforms.
- Solid project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Experience with Workday and compensation survey tools such as Radford or Mercer is considered an advantage.
Perks and Benefits
- Eligibility to participate in the company’s share options programme.
- 25 working days of holiday.
- Access to the equipment and technology needed to do the job well.
- Home office support, including IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture.
- Private health insurance.
- Digital mental and emotional wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Regular team-building activities.
- A monthly personal budget for shopping on Vinted.
- Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days per year, including up to 21 days outside the EU.
- Dog-friendly office.
- Vilnius office perks: gym and in-house meals at friendly prices.
- Kaunas office perks: monthly lunch allowance plus one provided in-house lunch and breakfast each week.

Candidates are considered fairly regardless of race, age, religion or belief, sex, national origin, citizenship, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
