About CoderCo
CoderCo is a rapidly expanding technology education business that helps people progress into careers in DevOps, cloud, platform engineering, infrastructure and cyber security. The company is now creating a specialist recruitment arm to connect employers with strong technical talent from its community of more than 1,000 people. Most of this network is based in the UK, though some candidates are open to remote work and relocation.
The Opportunity
This is a unique recruitment position rather than a typical agency seat. You will be joining at the foundation stage of a new division, with the chance to create and own a technical recruitment desk from scratch. The role gives you room to define your market, develop your own client base and shape the way the desk grows, while benefiting from an established business, an active technical community and direct access to the founders.
At the start, the emphasis will be on business development: finding the right companies, opening conversations, securing recruitment partnerships and creating hiring opportunities for CoderCo’s technical community. As the function expands, your responsibilities will broaden too. This is aimed at someone ambitious who wants to play a central role in building the recruitment side of the business, with strong progression and the potential to lead a team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a target list of technology employers that align with CoderCo’s technical community.
- Generate new client relationships through LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, networking and referrals.
- Develop strong relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Engineering Managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Run discovery calls, agree commercial terms and win recruitment business.
- Gather vacancy requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process through to placement.
- Match openings with candidates from the CoderCo community and source externally when required.
- Oversee screening, shortlist creation, interview coordination, feedback collection and offer negotiation.
- Build durable client relationships and uncover repeat hiring opportunities.
- Contribute to the processes, tools and commercial strategy as the new division evolves.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within technology hiring. Experience across DevOps, cloud, platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE or cyber security would be especially relevant. You should have run a full 360 recruitment desk, covering both new business generation and delivery, and ideally have a proven history of winning new clients rather than only working existing accounts or candidate delivery.
Strong outbound business development skills are important, especially across LinkedIn, email and phone. We are looking for someone commercially sharp, resilient, proactive and comfortable with a hunter-style approach. The ideal person will feel confident engaging with senior technical stakeholders, enjoy autonomy and ownership, and be comfortable working from a blank slate. Strong organisation and disciplined use of ATS and CRM systems are also essential.

Package
- Base pay of AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission.
- Additional bonus based on performance.
