• Effectively implement strategies to acquire new business opportunities
• Participate in pitching efforts aimed at securing Preferred Supplier Agreements with clients
• Manage a robust client portfolio generating consistent revenue streams
• Advance client partnerships to exclusive and retained recruitment agreements
• Deliver insightful market intelligence backed by subject matter expertise

Candidate Management

• Serve as a trusted resource for candidates, clients, and colleagues
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the candidate community represented
• Foster long-term candidate relationships focused on career development beyond individual placements
• Ensure candidates receive market-leading experiences throughout their recruitment journey

Team Leadership and Cultural Impact

• Exemplify exemplary professionalism, dedication, and delivery standards
