Role Overview
We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver outstanding hiring results and support organizational growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruiting based in Boston, this role centers on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and maintaining process excellence within a fast-paced and interactive recruiting environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with hiring managers and leaders to attract and secure exceptional talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Craft and implement customized sourcing plans to identify premier talent in competitive markets.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through professional, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, refine job descriptions, and agree upon selection criteria.
- Organize interviews, debrief meetings, and offer discussions to guarantee a smooth process for all participants.
- Lead proactive sourcing activities utilizing multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming openings.
- Employ data-driven sourcing tactics and talent mapping to explore new candidate pools and gather market insights.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by providing market intelligence, guidance, and timely updates.
- Balance expectations and priorities across diverse stakeholders, ensuring speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction.
- Represent the company's brand positively by sharing organizational values and culture with prospective candidates.
- Simultaneously manage numerous searches with attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and compliance considerations.
- Maintain precise candidate records and requisition data within ATS and reporting tools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to detect trends and suggest process enhancements.
- Participate in initiatives aiming to refine recruiting processes and improve operational scalability and efficacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruiting, demonstrating expertise in sourcing and high-touch hiring practices.
- Preferably possess experience within the professional services sector.
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and projects simultaneously with accountability and attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and capability to deliver results in a dynamic setting.
- A cooperative team member motivated to enhance closing and offer negotiation capabilities.

Compensation: In addition to a competitive annual salary, we offer a discretionary annual bonus, 401(k) contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range is $125,000 to $175,000 USD, depending on the candidate's expertise and qualifications.
