Job description
Role overview
This position is for a Senior Recruiter based remotely across the USA and Canada, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition. It is an existing opening.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor on talent, leading end-to-end hiring for a broad and complex range of roles. You will work closely with senior leaders, People & Culture, and Finance to turn business priorities into practical hiring plans for the future.
The company is moving away from reactive recruiting and toward a more proactive talent engine. You will help shape that shift by bringing structure, discipline, and market intelligence to searches, while improving hiring quality, consistency, and decision-making.
Impact of the role
Your work will strengthen the speed, quality, and consistency of hiring. Each hire contributes to the organization’s products, culture, and customer outcomes, and you will play an important part in making Talent Acquisition a credible strategic partner to the business.
What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, assessment, offers, background checks, and dispositions for roles ranging from individual contributor to senior leadership levels across global locations.
- Run structured intake discussions with hiring leaders to clarify success criteria, test assumptions, and agree on measurable hiring standards.
- Work with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, interview design, and success profiles that align with the company’s values and ways of working.
- Create and maintain proactive talent pipelines through active and passive sourcing for critical and hard-to-fill skills, as well as future capability needs.
- Ensure every candidate receives a strong and consistent experience that reflects a high service standard.
- Administer Workday Recruiting accurately, keeping requisition data clean and reporting reliable throughout each search.
- Guide hiring managers using market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility so decisions are informed by data.
- Coach interviewers on structured, predictive interviewing and lead debriefs that support objective hiring decisions.
- Help improve talent acquisition tools, processes, and operating methods by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and ongoing refinement.
- Take part in workforce planning with Finance and People & Culture partners to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Share timely updates on requisitions, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics with stakeholders as part of a data-driven TA approach.
Qualifications
Applicants should have progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, data, analytics, or professional services settings. Experience hiring across North America and Europe is required.
You should have a track record of sourcing and closing mid- to senior-level talent in competitive markets, including individual contributors, managers, and senior or VP-level roles. Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar enterprise ATS is important, along with strong requisition management and reporting discipline.
Strong sourcing capability with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools is expected. You should be comfortable building pipelines before roles become urgent, not only responding reactively.
This role also calls for strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence with confidence and data, and comfort using recruiting metrics and dashboards to guide decisions and communicate the TA story to the business.
You should bring experience with structured interviews, including competency-based and values-aligned interview design, and be able to juggle several searches at once in a fast-changing environment without lowering quality or candidate experience.
A transformation mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative, direct, solutions-oriented working style are essential.
Hiring manager perspective
The hiring manager is looking for someone who brings order to each search, partners closely with hiring managers, and is motivated by helping build a stronger talent function rather than simply processing requisitions.
Compensation
The starting salary range for this role is USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per year. Actual pay within that range will depend on relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business needs, and geographic location.
Company mission
The organization’s mission is to power every auto-related decision using proprietary data, advanced analytics, deep industry expertise, and seamless workflows that connect insight to action.
Values

- We are innovative, collaborative, and grounded in data.
