About the Role

KosmosDX supports healthcare and insurance firms in scaling their operations by enhancing technology, workflows, data management, automation, contact-center functions, and revenue frameworks. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in Strategic Operations to spearhead wide-ranging, impactful projects across departments including Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Sales, Data, Marketing, Compliance, IT, leadership, clients, vendors, and strategic collaborators. This position demands ownership of deliverables rather than just scheduling meetings. You will clarify uncertainties into actionable plans, coordinate priority alignment among stakeholders, preemptively spot risks, and guide projects from initial discovery through execution, adoption, and tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-scale enterprise projects from inception and planning through launch, stabilization, and retrospective analysis.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive project schedules, milestones, budgets, interdependencies, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and communications with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Sales, Data, Marketing, Compliance, IT, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage client rollouts and oversee efforts involving strategic partners, vendors, and external parties.
  • Assist with RFP responses, Statements of Work, discovery workshops, requirements collection, and rollout planning.
  • Conduct project working sessions, steering committee meetings, executive briefings, and lessons learned reviews.
  • Maintain project governance and documentation utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, identify automation needs, and champion ongoing process enhancement.
  • Coordinate initiatives related to healthcare, insurance, customer operations, and contact centers.
  • Produce succinct weekly executive status updates and KPI dashboards that transparently communicate progress, risk factors, impact, ownership, and required decisions.

Success Metrics

  • Deliver projects on schedule and within defined scope, targeting over 95% on-time delivery.
  • Provide executives with concise, readiness-oriented updates without surprises.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Foster stronger alignment, accountability, and transparency across cross-functional teams.
  • Build trust in project management processes among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Standardize project governance, templates, SOPs, and reporting throughout the organization.
  • Achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, scalability, or customer experience through process optimizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects personally.
  • Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple significant initiatives.
  • Experience engaging directly with executive leadership, clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, risk and stakeholder management, and implementation execution.
  • Excellent executive-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Capacity to influence decision-making and progress without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes beyond mere task completion.
  • Judicious decision-maker able to escalate concerns promptly and propose practical solutions.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare, health insurance, BPO, SaaS, technology, or consulting sectors.
  • Familiarity with contact-center, call-center, customer operations, or back-office environments.
  • Experience with client onboarding, software and vendor implementation, or systems integration.
  • Supporting RFPs, SOWs, discovery, or solution development processes.
  • Creating executive dashboards and operational performance metrics.
  • Use of Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Experience with contact-center platforms like Five9, NICE, Genesys, Dialpad, or RingCentral.
  • Experience working in growing organizations with evolving or developing processes.

Certifications and Education

Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous but not mandatory. A bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent professional experience demonstrating successful project leadership will also be considered.
