Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Rockside Consults is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of technology-focused projects within the company. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise managing complex projects particularly in regulated and fast-evolving industries such as banking, financial technology, telecommunications, or software development.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initial conception through to final delivery.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, establishing clear roles and fostering collaboration among developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Utilize established project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 to control project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges to mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes.
• Deliver regular, transparent progress updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure all project outputs align with the strategic business objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical project management experience in software development, banking, fintech, or telecommunications sectors.
• At least five continuous years of valid certification as PMP or PRINCE2 professional.
