Senior Project Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Project Engineer leads and manages multiple construction projects, ensuring that all efforts align with quality standards, timelines, budgets, and company specifications. This role involves supervision of Project Engineers and on-site teams, fostering coordination and driving project success.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage several projects via Project Engineers and site personnel.
• Track and assess progress, quality, deadlines, and budget compliance for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all executions align with approved drawings, specifications, and organizational standards.
• Conduct routine site visits and hold project review discussions.
• Troubleshoot technical and execution challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, accounts, and management departments for seamless project delivery.
• Provide mentorship to Project Engineers to enhance team efficacy and accountability.
• Engage in meetings with clients and consultants when necessary.
• Examine project reports and deliver periodic updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Between 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience managing construction project execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RCC structures, finishing work processes, project scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office suite, and tools used for project reporting.
