Senior Project & Delivery Manager (APAC)

Our client is a global consumer brand expanding its international presence. To support this growth, they are enhancing their international technology capabilities to facilitate new market launches, optimize existing operations, and accelerate digital transformation across their global partner network.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will join the International Technology team as a pivotal delivery partner operating across multiple markets. They will collaborate closely with internal product teams, solution engineers, regional stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives covering new market rollouts, platform deployments, system upgrades, and operational technology implementations across international markets.
• Serve as the main delivery liaison for designated markets and business partners, converting technology strategies into actionable implementation plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Oversee project scope, scheduling, milestones, risk management, issue resolution, dependencies, and stakeholder communications concurrently across various projects.
• Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, regional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to orchestrate delivery tasks and address any project impediments.
• Ensure technology preparedness for new market launches, managing systems, integrations, processes, and operational necessities prior to go-live dates.
• Drive adherence to global technology standards while accommodating local market conditions, operational demands, and regional business goals.
• Provide comprehensive project governance including status updates, risk and issue tracking, steering committee communications, and post-launch evaluations.
• Manage vendor deliverables ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Identify and implement enhancements to delivery methodologies, design scalable rollout frameworks, and foster consistency across international technology projects.

Candidate Profile

• At least 7 years’ experience in project, delivery, or programme management and technology implementation.
• Proven track record managing technology projects across international or multi-market settings.
• Experience with digital transformation, retail tech, restaurant/QSR technology, e-commerce platforms, POS systems, ordering platforms, payment systems, integrations, or customer-facing technology is highly desirable.
• Expertise in managing complex projects involving cross-functional technology teams, business stakeholders, external collaborators, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills capable of communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in project governance including planning, reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and executive-level communication.
• Skilled at translating business and technical requirements into viable project delivery plans.
• Able to thrive in fast-moving international environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and vendor management abilities.
• Experience working within franchise, brand partner, multi-market, or decentralized operational models is preferred.
