Job description
About the company
Acceldata builds data observability solutions that help enterprises understand, monitor, and improve the health of their data, pipelines, and infrastructure across multiple environments. Its platform is designed to help data teams run products more effectively by improving quality, reducing failures, and keeping costs under control.
Role overview
The Senior Product Operations Manager will improve how product teams work by tightening processes, strengthening collaboration across functions, and turning data into practical decisions. This position connects product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to keep operations efficient and outcomes strong.
The role is focused on building scalable ways of working, supporting data-led decision-making, and helping the organization deliver product improvements with greater speed and consistency.
Key responsibilities
You will oversee the full product lifecycle from planning through launch and post-launch review, making sure work stays aligned to business priorities and delivery timelines.
You will organize and run user testing programs, including participant recruitment, moderation of sessions, summarizing feedback, and making sure insights are applied to product changes.
You will review product usage and performance data with tools such as Pendo to identify adoption patterns, engagement trends, and feature behavior that can guide prioritization.
You will use JIRA to manage workflows, build operational dashboards and reports, and write custom queries that improve visibility for planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination.
You will create and maintain processes, frameworks, and tools that help product teams capture, analyze, and report data more effectively.
You will keep communication flowing between departments, remove blockers, and increase transparency so teams can work more productively.
You will help evaluate, implement, and connect product management and analytics tools that improve operational efficiency.
You will perform recurring reviews of product operations, spot improvement opportunities, and drive ongoing process refinements.
You will work with senior leaders to align product operations with company goals and share insights on performance, trends, and risks.
You will support and mentor junior team members while helping establish strong product-operations practices.
You will demonstrate strong influence, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to lead initiatives across stakeholders.
You will help build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-quality execution across functions.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
You should have 5 to 8 years of professional experience in product operations, product management, or a similar operational role in a technology or product-focused environment.
You need a proven record of coordinating cross-functional projects and improving operational processes with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with Pendo is required, including session replays, path analysis, feature tagging, and custom reporting.
Advanced JIRA capability is required, including workflow setup, JQL queries, automation rules, and reporting integrations.
You should be able to plan, run, and analyze user testing programs such as usability studies, A/B tests, and beta programs using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Strong analytical ability is essential, along with experience using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, product KPIs, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with product management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Tableau, and Google Analytics is needed.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences.
