Located in Dublin, this role offers the chance to shape a product utilized by thousands while working onsite in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the product strategy and make prioritization decisions for a major product area.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to bring products to life from ideation to launch.
  • Integrate customer feedback and analyze product metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Translate vague or complex challenges into actionable product plans and measurable results.
  • Develop scalable solutions within sophisticated enterprise environments.
  • Take full ownership throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and impact.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least six years of product management expertise in the B2B SaaS domain.
  • Proven record of delivering products successfully to market.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and design teams.
  • Keen customer focus paired with solid product intuition.
  • Experience leveraging data to influence product strategies.
  • Proficiency in structuring ambiguous or incomplete problems toward clarity.
  • Technical aptitude along with a strong sense of user experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive attitude toward ownership and responsibility.
