About the Role

Join Snoonu as a Senior Product Manager overseeing our SnooLaundry and Snoosend services. This role involves shaping and executing product strategies that align perfectly with business objectives and market needs. You will drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring cutting-edge, market-leading features.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply comprehensive product plans that match company objectives and leverage market opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and operations for smooth collaboration and execution throughout product development phases.
• Prioritize backlog items effectively and manage project schedules to guarantee timely delivery of improvements and new functionalities.
• Use A/B testing, user research, and market data to gain insights and iteratively enhance the product.
• Establish and track important KPIs to assess product performance and guide future development.
• Communicate clearly the product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of four years in product management or an equivalent role, with valuable experience in delivery services considered a strong advantage.
• Solid expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Data-savvy with strong analytical and reporting capabilities to enable informed decision-making.
• Competent in fundamental user research approaches including survey design and user interviews.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments and manage crises efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills for effective time management and prioritization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling clear explanations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
• Strategic problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
