Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate market opportunities and requirements to influence product development, and manage product lifecycles from launch through end-of-life.
  • Act as the chief voice of the customer and commercial lead during product development by leveraging business models, voice of customer (VOC) data, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics such as revenue and adoption; promptly address adoption challenges.
  • Steer downstream marketing activities, crafting marketing briefs targeting various stakeholders (patients, prosthetists, payers, physicians) and collaborating to produce clinically credible campaigns and sales tools.
  • Track post-launch adoption and performance, recommending corrective actions and supporting clinical evidence development for marketing purposes.
  • Manage the operating budget for assigned products.
  • Design and lead VOC initiatives including clinician interviews, patient feedback, field visits, and key opinion leader engagements to gather actionable insights.
  • Convert qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritized product and commercial strategies.
  • Analyze competitive and market dynamics to generate business insights and close feedback loops with stakeholders.
  • Foster cross-functional leadership by aligning senior teams on complex initiatives and leading working groups to manage dependencies efficiently.
  • Mentor the product management team by modeling best practices and supporting skills development.
  • Define success metrics and measurement strategies; analyze clinical, sales, and outcomes data to inform priorities and deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in global product launch strategy and execution.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of orthotics and prosthetics, rehabilitation medicine, or physical/occupational therapy.
