This role is aimed at helping enterprise customers use automation with the same rigor as software engineering. The main objective is to own product direction and delivery for the Enterprise team, with emphasis on lifecycle management, developer tooling, and production-ready workflow operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Set the product vision and execution plan for enterprise offerings tied to workflow lifecycle management, developer experience, and production operations.
  • Design the path for moving workflows from development into production, including environment separation and promotion flows.
  • Drive features such as version history, rollback, branching, and conflict handling for workflows.
  • Create product experiences that help engineering teams manage mission-critical automation changes safely.
  • Lead Git-based source control experiences so the product fits modern software development practices.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build tools that are technically strong but still easy to use.
  • Translate complex developer workflows into reliable, scalable, and adoptable product workflows.
  • Improve visibility into workflow performance, usage, and reliability across environments and instances.
  • Define approaches for managing secrets, variables, and configuration across enterprise deployments.
  • Support large-scale operation of the platform through multi-instance management and cross-instance visibility.
  • Work closely with enterprise customers, engineering leaders, admins, and developers to uncover delivery and operational needs.
  • Prioritize effectively across technical depth, usability, enterprise readiness, and long-term platform value.
  • Align teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership through strategy, specs, and communication.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and run software in production.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and structuring unclear technical problems.
  • Sharp product judgment with the ability to anticipate edge cases, hidden effects, and reliability concerns.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Good decision-making across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Experience with Git, branching, version control, pull requests, or conflict resolution is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security topics such as secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration is preferred.
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards is preferred.
  • Ability to code or write SQL is a plus and helps in technical collaboration.
  • Prior remote work experience and comfort collaborating across time zones is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience is a plus.
