Overview
This is an opportunity to join as a Senior Product Manager focusing on emerging mobile applications within a remote work setup based in Germany. The role involves the ownership and expansion of a portfolio of growing mobile apps, emphasizing strategic vision, operational execution, and business accountability to enable measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the integration, optimization, and expansion of newly acquired and internally developed mobile app products.
- Manage product and business performance indicators such as revenue, user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and profitability.
- Create and drive the product roadmap from idea through launch, optimization, and scaling phases.
- Develop frameworks for experimentation that leverage user insights, data analytics, and market trends to unlock growth and monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Monetization, and Analytics teams to implement impactful product enhancements.
- Partner with business leadership for evaluating prospects, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning product strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain scalable product processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for accelerating app integrations and expanding the portfolio.
- Effectively communicate business performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture centered on ownership and strong product management practices.
Candidate Requirements
- At least seven years of professional experience in product management with substantial ownership of a product line, business unit, or portfolio.
- Proven track record overseeing products with direct accountability for revenue, profitability, or P&L outcomes.
- Experience working within mobile application ecosystems such as utility, social, entertainment, rewards, or consumer apps.
- Knowledge of mobile monetization strategies including subscription models, in-app purchases, and in-app advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to scale products, enhance engagement, and drive tangible business outcomes through data-driven experimentation.
- Experience in integrating or optimizing products within multi-app portfolios or following acquisitions.
- Strong analytical skills employing data tools, dashboards, and experimentation platforms for decision-making.
- Capability to balance user needs with commercial objectives, making informed product trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management aptitude, with the ability to influence across teams and executives.
- Comfortable operating independently, managing uncertainties, and taking full ownership of sophisticated projects.
