About the Role
This senior leadership position offers an opportunity to spearhead the growth and scalability of a dynamic range of emerging mobile applications while working remotely from Saudi Arabia. The role blends strategic insight, operational execution, and full business ownership, aiming to drive effective growth and measurable product performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end integration, enhancement, and strategic growth of newly acquired and developed mobile apps.
- Manage and optimize core product and business KPIs including revenue, user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and profitability.
- Craft and execute detailed product roadmaps from ideation to launch, ongoing optimization, and scaling.
- Implement data-driven experimentation frameworks informed by market analysis, user feedback, and analytics to identify new growth and monetization potential.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Monetization, and Analytics teams to advance product functionality and user experience.
- Align product strategies with business goals by prioritizing initiatives in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
- Create scalable product management processes, frameworks, and playbooks to streamline future app integration and portfolio expansion.
- Effectively communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and executives.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and promote a culture emphasizing ownership and best practices in product management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of seven years experience in product management, including substantial accountability for a product line or portfolio.
- Proven track record with products carrying direct responsibility for revenue, profitability, or profit & loss outcomes.
- Experience within mobile app ecosystems such as utility, social, entertainment, rewards, or consumer applications.
- Knowledge of mobile monetization approaches including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and in-app advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to scale products and achieve business improvements through experimentation and data analysis.
- Experience handling product integrations in multi-application portfolios or post-acquisition settings.
- Strong analytical competences using data platforms and experimentation tools to guide product decisions.
- Proficiency in balancing user experience requirements with business objectives to inform trade-offs smartly.
- Excellent communication capabilities for managing stakeholders and influencing at various organizational levels.
- Self-driven with comfort in navigating ambiguity and taking full responsibility for complex projects.
