Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the expansion of Teal’s platform and partnerships nationwide. The key focus will be creating and scaling B2B healthcare partner workflows tailored for health systems, payers, and strategic partners. The role involves productizing intricate clinical and operational workflows to integrate smoothly with partner ecosystems while enhancing patient and provider experiences. Additionally, the position supports optimizing consumer interfaces and internal tools for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and delivery for healthcare partner workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with health systems, insurance entities, clinical and operations teams to craft scalable product solutions.
• Convert complex healthcare and operational needs into user-friendly, scalable product workflows.
• Develop and improve systems to support enterprise partnerships, operational workflows, and patient experience.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Partnerships, and Leadership.
• Leverage customer feedback, operational data, and experimental findings to guide product improvements.
• Assist in enhancing direct-to-consumer experiences related to product purchasing and onboarding.
• Contribute to internal tooling and workflow optimizations that enhance company scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ product management experience within healthcare, digital health, telehealth, health technologies, or regulated healthcare settings.
• Proven ability building products serving healthcare systems, payer workflows, enterprise operations, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Capable of managing ambiguity while aligning diverse technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Experience operating effectively in high-growth startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong intuition for product management combined with analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passionate about improving healthcare outcomes for women.
• Preferred: Background with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, HIPAA-regulated products, consumer healthcare or ecommerce experiences, internal tooling, payer integrations, care coordination, enterprise onboarding workflows, and familiarity with Jira, Figma, and analytics tools.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco Bay Area.
