Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a Senior Product Manager who will drive major digital transformation work for large government service platforms. The role centers on creating a modern, citizen-focused digital environment powered by SAP tools, AI-based automation, and contemporary product management methods.

What You Will Do

• Own the full product journey for large-scale digital government services, from concept through delivery and improvement.
• Lead SAP-enabled integrations, workflow automation, and the digitization of services.
• Shape the product direction, long-term roadmap, and transformation strategy.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, data, and stakeholders across different ministries.
• Maintain the product backlog, guide agile execution, and support release planning.
• Enhance the citizen experience by using data insights and AI-enabled service design.
• Coordinate UAT, product rollouts, and ongoing enhancement efforts.
• Support cost control and operational efficiency through stronger digital adoption.
• Share product updates, results, and KPIs with senior leaders and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

• At least 4 years of product management experience in digital or enterprise platforms.
• Practical exposure to SAP, especially BTP, Workflow, CRM, and Service Management.
• Strong ability to manage agile delivery, backlogs, and cross-functional teams.
• Background in digital transformation, customer experience, and large platform environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of AI-led automation and enterprise system integrations.

Preferred Background

• Agile, Scrum, or product-related certifications are preferred.
• Prior work in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or major transformation programs is an advantage.
