- Proven experience owning product roadmaps that positively affect acquisition and activation.

- Capability to identify and pursue high-impact, compounding growth investment opportunities.
- Ability to translate ambiguous growth challenges into clear product strategies and measurable experiments.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams without formal authority.
- Strong data literacy, including funnel analysis, hypothesis formulation, and evidence-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Hex, Snowflake, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of experimental frameworks, instrumentation, and thorough analysis of outcomes.
- Deep interest and hands-on experience with AI-driven product enhancements, including generative AI and agent workflows.
