- Create visual assets supporting marketing efforts.
- Prototype rapidly using tools such as Figma, Claude, and Cursor to advance ideas efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Have between 2 to 5 years of experience designing and delivering web products.
- Experience navigating all phases of the design process, from ideation to production quality outputs.
- An eye for design details—expertise in type, spacing, motion, and how these elements integrate cohesively.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS sufficient to collaborate productively with engineers or directly implement design elements.
- Comfortable incorporating cutting-edge design tools including Claude Code and Cursor within the workflow.
- Preference towards hands-on prototyping rather than traditional presentations.
- Prioritize the work and outcomes over ego.
Additional Information

- Salary range: $150,500 to $185,000 annually plus benefits.
