Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will join the Product Design team to create clear, valuable, and easy-to-use product experiences. This position plays a key role in improving important product workflows by owning the design process from early discovery and research through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design journey, starting with discovery and ending with refined, implementation-ready user interfaces.
• Run user research and usability testing to better understand customer needs and pain points.
• Turn complicated workflows into practical, scalable, and user-friendly design solutions.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs to communicate concepts effectively.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to support strong execution and implementation quality.
• Help build, improve, and maintain the design system so experiences stay consistent across products.
• Use customer feedback, product data, and performance signals to refine the overall experience.
• Incorporate AI and other emerging design tools into everyday design work.

About You

• You have solid product design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• You bring strong capability across both UX and UI design.
• You know how to create engaging designs that solve real user problems and support everyday workflows.
• You are comfortable partnering with Product and Engineering teams in a cross-functional setting.
• You think strategically about products and can simplify complex problems into usable experiences.
• You have experience contributing to design systems and applying consistent design patterns.
• You can communicate ideas clearly and collaborate well with others.
• You use data and user insights to guide design decisions.
• You are adaptable, inquisitive, and focused on ongoing improvement.
