- Develop ETL workflows and build dashboards that enable self-serve reporting.
- Perform exploratory analysis to uncover insights that guide product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or another relevant analytics function.
- Strong SQL skills for analysis; experience with BigQuery is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with online experiments, statistical methods, and A/B test design and interpretation.
- Practical experience creating self-service dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Experience working with large datasets, including transactional and clickstream data.
- Good understanding of statistical test design and analysis, ideally with experience running experiments at scale.
- Exposure to customer behavior tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrekk, Mixpanel, Snowplow, Piwik, Tealium, or Segment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a diverse, results-driven environment.
Perks and benefits
- Fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Regular company and team events.
- International team culture with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Ownership and responsibility from day one in a rapidly growing global company.
