Job Overview
Join Gratitude India, a global leader in technology and consulting, as a Senior Process Associate and Subject Matter Expert. This role focuses on driving Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting. You will utilize tools such as Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel to generate actionable business insights and aid strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A functions encompassing budget creation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and reports to support business strategy.
- Utilize advanced ERP systems (Oracle ERP, Hyperion) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel) for data management and presentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of financial planning processes.
Candidate Profile
- Finance graduate with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP, Hyperion, advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and financial modeling methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
