Role Overview
Photon Retouch is seeking an experienced Photo Retoucher and Photo Editor to join its Jaipur office. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to professionals who can handle high-end image enhancement and deliver consistent quality within tight timelines.

Photon Retouch is an international photo editing and post-production business that supports photographers, studios, agencies, brands, e-commerce companies, and real estate professionals across the world. Its services include retouching, image editing, album design, and video editing.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Working days are Monday through Saturday, and the shift runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The offered pay is between ₹18,000 and ₹30,000 per month, with the final amount depending on skills, experience, and interview performance. Paid overtime opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering premium-quality retouching and image enhancement work according to client needs. The role requires advanced editing across fashion, beauty, e-commerce, product, portrait, and real estate categories, along with accurate color work, RAW processing, and strong quality control.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, with practical knowledge of professional retouching workflows such as Dodge & Burn, Frequency Separation, layer masks, selections, clipping paths, and non-destructive editing. The job also calls for the ability to manage several projects at once while staying organized and deadline-focused.
Preferred Background
Experience with Capture One or similar RAW processing tools, prior work with overseas clients, and familiarity with AI-assisted editing methods will be considered an advantage.
Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio that demonstrates previous retouching and editing work is compulsory for consideration.
