Job description

About Beam

Beam AI develops autonomous self-learning agents and an enterprise operating system designed to automate complex work. The company helps organizations evolve from exploring AI to becoming AI-native by putting agentic automation into production across important business processes and delivering results that can be measured and improved over time. Beam partners with enterprise customers and technology providers to make this happen.

About the Team

The Partnerships team is responsible for the channel, alliance, and ecosystem approach that expands Beam’s enterprise footprint. The team works with system integrators, consulting firms, BPOs, and hyperscaler marketplaces, converting partner relationships into a meaningful revenue driver.

About the Role

Beam is growing quickly, and partnerships are becoming a major route to enterprise distribution. The company already has a strong global partner portfolio and is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to manage and expand those relationships in close partnership with the VP of Partnerships.

This position carries a high level of ownership and significant growth potential. You will handle key partner relationships on a day-to-day basis, help shape and scale the partner program, and contribute to the strategy behind it. The role also involves creating the systems needed for scale, such as partner tiers, enablement, and operating models, while bringing market and partner insight to future decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for priority partners, manage cadence, handle escalations, and grow the value and pipeline generated by each relationship.
  • Design and expand the partner program by building scalable structures such as tiering, enablement initiatives, operating processes, and performance dashboards with clear KPIs.
  • Shape partnership strategy by using market trends, competitive insights, and partner performance data to guide decisions on priority partners, regions, and verticals.
  • Own the effectiveness of the partner program, including partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, activation, and retention.
  • Lead partner onboarding, activation, and enablement so partners can independently sell, deliver, and succeed with Beam.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships through integrations, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market activity across Beam’s partner and customer ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions teams to align technical and commercial goals and feed partner insights into product, GTM, and leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, implementation, or delivery, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation, with a strong record of performance.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience turning partner or client relationships into measurable outcomes such as revenue, pipeline, or delivery success.
  • Experience managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems, with the ability to focus on high-value relationships rather than superficial branding.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment that requires both strategic thinking and practical execution.
  • An analytical, data-oriented approach, with experience using partnership metrics to guide decisions.
  • Prior exposure to AI, automation, agentic systems, RPA, or enterprise workflow platforms is preferred.
  • A current network within system integrator, consulting, or enterprise technology partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • Experience building partner programs, including enablement, certification, or marketplace motions in a high-growth enterprise technology environment, is desirable.
  • Background working with technical product and engineering teams on integration-led partnerships is a plus.

What Beam Looks For

  • AI-native thinking and daily use of AI tools to find leverage through automation.
  • Customer-focused execution with urgency, empathy, and a strong connection to outcomes.
  • A bias for speed, experimentation, and rapid learning rather than perfection.
  • A high-leverage mindset that prioritizes the work with the greatest impact.
  • Independence paired with strong alignment on outcomes across teams.
  • A data-driven but human-centered approach that values clarity, candor, and growth through feedback.

Additional Information

Beam describes its culture as high-trust, high-standard, and low on rigid hierarchy or process. The team values curiosity, ownership, and long-term thinking. The work is challenging, the systems are complex, and the company emphasizes craftsmanship, speed, and meaningful impact.
