About the organisation
Sajhe Sapne works to create pathways for young rural women to learn, earn, and grow into sustainable careers. Its model uses Sapna Centers and district-level collaborations to help women move from school into meaningful employment.
Role overview
In this position, you will lead relationship-building efforts with government bodies, employers, training organisations, civil society groups, and other ecosystem stakeholders. The role supports the expansion of Sapna Centers, the creation of job pathways, new organisational initiatives, and broader impact across Madhya Pradesh.
What you will do
- Develop and nurture strategic collaborations with government departments, employers, NGOs, colleges, and other relevant partners.
- Explore partnership opportunities that advance learning, employment, fundraising, and organisational scale.
- Draft concept notes, proposals, memoranda of understanding, and partnership agreements.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, field visits, and external stakeholder interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to take partnership ideas from planning through execution.
- Track partnership progress, maintain pipeline records, and capture key learnings.
- Contribute to organisational expansion through strong collaboration and network management.
Who this role suits
This role is intended for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, social impact, community development, or a closely related area. Experience with medium to large-scale projects is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in uncertain environments and have strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Skills and tools
You should be able to prepare proposals and presentations, manage partnerships effectively, and work confidently with Google Sheets and Canva. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
Compensation and benefits
The salary offered is ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience.
