Job description
Role Overview
The Senior Officer - GCC is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment stages including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Business Units to clearly define role requirements and manpower requisitions.
- Utilize job portals, internal talent pools, and referrals to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Ensure timely and quality closure of open positions within established turnaround times.
- Handle multiple concurrent open roles across field and corporate functions.
- Provide recruitment support for critical and senior leadership positions as needed.
Qualifications
- MBA with specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Corporate sectors.
- Experience managing recruitment for a substantial workforce exceeding 200 employees.
- Exposure to both Field and Corporate hiring processes.
