Job Summary

We seek a Senior Engineer to contribute to our software engineering excellence. You will engage in the complete product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support. Our focus extends beyond delivering new features to prioritizing exceptional customer experience through high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage customer data and insights to guide decision-making.
• Balance customer value with business goals, considering implications of decisions on short- and long-term outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience in architecture design using microservices, event-driven models, scalable frameworks, or vertical slicing techniques.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: one compiled/object-oriented and one scripting language.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Blazor, React, and/or TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with software tooling including Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools like Octopus or GitHub Actions, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of messaging brokers including RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with C# and .NET framework (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Cosmos, Aurora, Postgres, MongoDB, or Cassandra; enterprise scale data store expertise is advantageous.
• Understanding of web acceleration mechanisms including HTTP/2, CDNs, caching strategies, and load balancers.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience is acceptable.
• Exposure to big data processing technologies like parallel processing, BI systems, data lakes, Kafka, Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges between $121,635 and $152,410, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and market conditions.
