Role Overview
The Senior Multimedia Designer will produce a wide range of digital and visual assets, including graphics, images, videos, motion pieces, animations, and interactive content. The role blends concept development, design execution, video and audio production, and cross-functional collaboration to support multimedia projects from idea to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
You will help shape multimedia concepts, create polished visual content, and work with different teams to ensure projects meet creative and business goals. The position also includes checking quality, adapting to changing requirements, and contributing ideas in collaborative sessions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop multimedia assets such as graphics, imagery, video, motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements using design and production tools.
- Create storyboards and visual narratives for multimedia projects in coordination with clients, project managers, and teammates.
- Design and refine graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets to strengthen the overall presentation of projects.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional pieces, tutorials, interviews, and animated formats.
- Record, edit, and mix audio elements such as voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Produce animation and motion graphics to add movement and engagement to digital content.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Partner with content, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- Review and test multimedia output to confirm it works as intended and is free from errors or visual glitches.
- Keep up with current design trends, new technologies, and emerging tools to maintain creative quality and innovation.

Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or a closely related field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Candidates should have hands-on ability with multimedia and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, along with Final Cut Pro and similar applications. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous multimedia design work is required, as well as strong creative judgment, technical editing skills, and the ability to work with changing project needs.
