Role Summary

This position combines client management, team leadership, and close collaboration with senior agency leadership, including business directors and business leads, as well as teams across creative, strategy, production, and other Publicis Group partners. The role is focused on shaping brand strategy, guiding integrated communications, converting business needs into creative briefs, and making sure campaigns are delivered on schedule. It also involves spotting opportunities to expand business with the client through the wider capabilities of the group, while coaching and supporting junior colleagues in their development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the client’s business, especially within the Telco sector, including market dynamics, competitors, trends, and emerging innovations.
  • Apply strong project management skills to prioritize work effectively and stay composed under pressure.
  • Keep campaigns and projects aligned with the brief, delivered on time, and executed to a high standard with careful attention to detail.
  • Use strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to question client assumptions and recommend fresh, effective solutions.
  • Spot and pursue opportunities to grow the account through Publicis Group offerings such as media, CRM, and related services.
  • Help create succession plans and actively contribute to developing future talent within the team.
  • Offer clear and constructive feedback in a timely way.
  • Maintain a collaborative, positive, and inclusive approach when working with others.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is required, along with at least 6 years of experience in communications, digital, or marketing roles. Prior knowledge of and exposure to the Telco industry is also expected.
