Role Purpose and Responsibilities

This role within the sales team primarily focuses on maximizing on-shelf product availability across assigned outlets. Merchandisers execute product placement and ensure adherence to planograms for both on- and off-shelf displays. They also support in-store sampling and promotional activities when needed, reporting any deviations or opportunities to the pre-seller team.

• Visit designated outlets daily as per the supervisor’s journey plan.
• Merchandise PepsiCo products across different store access points including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place point-of-sale materials adjacent to product displays where applicable.
• Ensure all display points follow approved planograms accurately.
• Manage stock rotation using FIFO principles and remove expired or damaged products.
• Maintain neat and well-stocked shelves for PepsiCo products at all times.
• Observe and report competitor activity regularly.
• Inform supervisors promptly of any deviations from agreed terms with outlet customers.
• Provide daily activity reports to supervisors regarding previous day’s work.
• Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns as required.
• Uphold professional appearance and behavior consistent with Frito Lay’s code of conduct.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a valid driving license.
