Flowery is an expanding flowers and gifting business in Saudi Arabia, with a strong emphasis on same-day delivery for flowers, chocolates, cakes, and carefully selected gifts.

Role Overview

We are hiring a practical, execution-focused Senior Media Buyer – E-commerce to oversee, refine, and grow paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.

The role calls for solid e-commerce performance marketing experience, particularly within the Saudi market, along with the ability to interpret results, lift ROAS, lower CAC, and scale campaigns in a controlled and effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and continuously improve paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other ad platforms.
  • Review and manage day-to-day campaign results using ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and order volume as key benchmarks.
  • Run and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, and paid social activity.
  • Experiment with different creative assets, audience segments, keywords, products, and promotional offers.
  • Partner with the creative and content teams to shape ad concepts, hooks, and campaign directions.
  • Spot inefficient spend and propose clear budget reallocation or reduction actions.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and share weekly reports with practical, actionable takeaways.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activity, shopper behavior, and market movements in flowers, gifts, and e-commerce.
  • Contribute to campaign planning for major Saudi gifting periods such as graduation, Ramadan, Eid, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and national occasions.
  • Assist with essential tracking using Google Analytics, pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion setup.
  • Support landing page and product performance improvements by providing data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of practical experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Strong background in managing e-commerce advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Exposure to TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads will be considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and day-to-day budget tuning.
  • Ability to assess performance data and make confident decisions based on numbers.
  • Experience running Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, and paid social campaigns.
  • Basic familiarity with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and Google Analytics.
  • Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform experience is preferred.
  • Good awareness of the Saudi market and how people shop online in the region.
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and taking full ownership of campaign outcomes.
  • Additional experience in flowers, gifts, beauty, fashion, food delivery, or lifestyle e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience preparing ad briefs for designers or content creators is a plus.
  • Exposure to landing page and conversion rate improvements is a plus.
  • Basic mobile app campaign experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a practical environment.

The right person should be able to help identify which campaigns are profitable, which are overspending, which products deserve more promotion, which audiences or keywords generate orders, what is causing ROAS to decline, how CAC can be lowered, and which creatives or offers should be tested next.

This role suits someone who enjoys experimentation, optimization, and driving e-commerce growth through performance marketing.
