Qiddiya is a flagship Giga project under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), located around 45 kilometers from Riyadh. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function within our expanding HR team. The role requires overseeing the recruitment lifecycle to secure top talent aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters while directly managing a division as the Talent Acquisition lead.
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess workforce requirements and formulate effective hiring strategies.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for challenging roles via proactive sourcing and networking.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Enhance recruitment workflows and tools to boost efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and hiring scenarios to streamline Talent Acquisition.
- Define and achieve recruitment targets including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality-of-hire.
- Conduct weekly reviews of recruitment pipelines and team performance to ensure hiring goals and service level agreements are met.
- Work with department leaders to forecast hiring demands and translate these into actionable recruitment plans.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of direct recruitment experience demonstrating success in meeting and exceeding hiring objectives.
- At least 2 years in a recruitment leadership or management position focused on delivering results and accountability.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, and recruitment analytics software.
- Experience managing high-volume and multi-location recruitment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) talent acquisition, particularly within the real estate or construction sectors.
