Role overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to take ownership of procurement systems management. The position is centered on improving procurement operations by guiding the deployment, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the tools and technologies that support the function, while keeping everything aligned with business goals and recognized industry practices.
The role works at the intersection of procurement, technology, and data. You will partner with procurement stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to advance digital transformation efforts and use analytics to strengthen decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the planning, rollout, and day-to-day governance of procurement systems used across the organization.
- Create and execute plans for improving, integrating, and upgrading procurement platforms and tools.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure the systems support business needs and improve operational performance.
- Track platform performance, resolve issues, and reduce interruptions so systems remain reliable and effective.
- Lead reporting and analytics activities to deliver practical insights into procurement operations.
- Handle vendor and service-provider relationships tied to procurement systems.
- Maintain adherence to internal policies, industry expectations, and regulatory requirements relevant to procurement technology.
- Guide and develop a team of procurement systems professionals, encouraging growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in procurement systems management or a similar area, with prior leadership responsibility.
- Strong familiarity with procurement software, ERP platforms, and digital procurement solutions.
- Hands-on experience delivering system implementation, integration, and optimization projects.
- Advanced analytical ability, including the capacity to interpret complex data and produce meaningful reports.
- Well-developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfort managing several priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
