Senior Manager - Operational Readiness

Role overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to steer and coordinate end-to-end operational preparedness across its entertainment and cultural developments. The position is key to making sure major facilities open smoothly and continue running effectively, with strong emphasis on planning, risk control, collaboration across teams, and delivering an excellent guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Create, roll out, and keep refining operational readiness plans that support Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
• Work hand in hand with project teams, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to build readiness requirements into project delivery.
• Carry out readiness reviews to uncover risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, then design actions to reduce exposure and support successful launches.
• Lead training and capability-building efforts so teams are prepared to work to the required performance standards.
• Define, track, and report operational readiness KPIs, along with insights and recommendations, to senior leaders.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying proven practices and industry benchmarks in operational readiness.
• Keep the guest experience at the center of all readiness work to strengthen the overall visitor journey.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in operational management or operational readiness, including 3 or more years in a senior leadership capacity, ideally within entertainment or large-scale infrastructure environments.
