About the Role
The Senior Manager, Partnerships role sits at the crossroads of partner relationship management and internal delivery. In this position, you will be accountable for partner success, from onboarding through sustained engagement, while making sure priorities stay aligned across teams. This is an active, hands-on role that combines external relationship ownership with substantial project management responsibility.
This position is well suited for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys working across functions, and wants to help a fast-growing startup scale its partner network and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company externally as a polished, professional ambassador of the brand.
- Serve as the main contact for partners and manage the relationship throughout onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Own the full project management process for new partner launches, including timelines, internal coordination, and communication with outside stakeholders.
- Monitor partner deliverables and performance metrics, spot risks early, and work through issues before they escalate.
- Work closely with internal teams to surface partner needs and turn feedback into practical improvements.
- Create presentation materials using data and lead monthly account reviews as well as quarterly business reviews to show impact and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Stay highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical so partner commitments are tracked and delivered consistently.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, or implementation management within healthcare.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with partner reporting and comfort working with data to support the development of polished reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex metrics, updates, and strategic information to partners and stakeholders.
- Comfort with technical and data-focused work, including familiarity with modern data platforms and partner integration workflows.
- A structured, organized approach to project management with a strong track record of delivering complex work on schedule.
