Senior Manager/ Manager, Discipline Systems Management

Role Overview

This position sits within the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division and supports the administration of the rules, regulations, and standards that govern professional conduct. The role is focused on maintaining a strong culture of integrity, discipline, and appropriate behaviour across MOE employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Ministry’s or the Public Service’s disciplinary framework, including the review and execution of discipline-related policies.
• Handle discipline-related matters and manage individual cases from start to resolution.
• Compile, analyse, and present misconduct-related data and statistics for management reporting.
• Work with government agencies to support the handling and coordination of disciplinary cases.
• Advise school leaders and MOE HQ staff on issues relating to staff conduct and discipline.
• Plan and deliver outreach sessions and briefings on discipline and conduct standards.

• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good judgement and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information discreetly.
• Ability to use AI tools and technologies to improve productivity.
