Responsibilities

- Interview applicants and assess their capabilities, experience, motivations, and career goals.
- Offer career advice and share market intelligence with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle the recruitment process end to end, including business development, role qualification, candidate placement, and follow-up after placement.
- Track sector developments, salary trends, market movement, and talent supply within the specialised field.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business decision-makers to deliver advisory recruitment support.
- Meet individual and team targets while maintaining a strong service standard for both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer-facing roles, or consultative services.
- Experience in service sales, B2B sales, professional services, banking, hospitality, or relationship management will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Driven by commercial outcomes and motivated to hit and surpass targets.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
- Curious and eager to keep learning about industries, companies, and market trends.
- Self-starter who can prioritise work and operate independently.
- No previous recruitment experience is necessary; full training and mentorship will be provided.
