About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager for IT Digital Transformation to spearhead comprehensive digital initiatives that propel business expansion, refine operational workflows, and elevate customer experiences. This role entails crafting and implementing digital transformation strategies, championing innovation, modernizing processes, and facilitating the integration of cutting-edge technologies throughout the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overarching business goals.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cloud solutions, Data Analytics, and IoT systems.
- Drive the redesign of business processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business units to identify digital opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Oversee digital transformation projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new digital tools and capabilities.
- Establish governance models, set project priorities, and define key performance indicators for transformation initiatives.
- Encourage data-driven decision-making via business intelligence, analytics, and digital reporting frameworks.
- Work closely with departments including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial to realize transformation objectives.
- Stay informed on technology trends, industry innovations, and best practices to sustain competitive advantage.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors, consultants, and solution providers throughout project durations.
- Monitor project performance including risks, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all organizational information, and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees such as Master's or MBA are preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation) are highly valued.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in IT, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or business transformation.
- At least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing large-scale digital initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs and leading organizational change.
- Familiarity with complex enterprises and multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in digital transformation strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, AI, RPA, data analytics and business intelligence, business process optimization, project and portfolio management, digital governance, change management, technology innovation, and vendor management.
- Strong leadership traits including strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, innovation, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, results-driven mindset, team leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
