Job Overview
We seek a strategic and execution-driven leader to manage and scale GTM (Go-To-Market) systems with Salesforce as the focal point. This position is responsible for maintaining the performance, dependability, and development of the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business expansion and complexity within Sales, Marketing, Services, and Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the health, growth potential, and effectiveness of Salesforce and related GTM systems.
- Adapt systems in accordance with evolving GTM strategies and increasing organizational complexity while ensuring optimum performance and user adoption.
- Develop and sustain consistent, scalable frameworks for intake, prioritization, and execution of all GTM system-related work.
- Guarantee service level agreements are met, maintain visibility of work progress, and provide reliable, quality support for stakeholders.
- Lead and expand a capable GTM Systems team, defining roles, ownership, and standards to assure consistent delivery.
- Boost productivity through efficient prioritization, strategic resource allocation, and elimination of system-wide obstacles.
- Standardize processes concerning configuration, enhancement deployments, and support resolutions within the function.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, minimize variability, and enhance speed and quality across teams.
- Enforce thorough governance procedures on all system modifications including documentation, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with corporate data, security, and system policies.
- Optimize the broader GTM technology stack including Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Clari by detecting gaps and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate across departments to improve end-to-end GTM workflows and data quality.
- Drive alignment and coordination among Sales, Marketing, Services, RevOps, and Enterprise Systems teams.
- Manage seamless cooperation between U.S. and India-based teams with clearly defined operating rhythms and coordinated priorities.
- Assess and promote adoption of AI-enhanced features in GTM systems to enable intelligent routing, automated support triage, insightful analytics, and operational efficiencies.
- Position the organization to utilize emerging technologies that support scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience leading teams, preferably in technical Salesforce or GTM systems environments.
- At least 8 years supporting or administering Salesforce in enterprise or rapid-growth SaaS settings.
- Mandatory Salesforce Administrator certification; advanced certifications like Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin are desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing case intake, setting prioritization frameworks, and driving delivery execution.
- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers/workflows.
- Experience working with GTM platforms like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clari.
- Proven ability to efficiently collaborate with global teams across time zones, requiring at least 50% overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
