Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the organization.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, scenarios, and analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Deliver management reports, key performance indicators, and dashboards, while analyzing results versus plans.
- Provide comprehensive revenue, profitability, and unit economics analyses, including metrics such as customer acquisition cost, contribution margin, and lifetime value.
- Lead cost analysis and allocation efforts spanning multiple countries, products, and segments, collaborating closely with the Controllership team.
- Work in partnership with leadership and functional departments on pricing, revenue optimization, cost management, capital allocation, and investment evaluation.
- Support board and investor reporting, fundraising initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Design and implement scalable planning and reporting processes, integrating business intelligence, data tools, and AI-enhancements to increase efficiency and insight.
- Work alongside Controllership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data inputs.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of at least two members, positioning the FP&A function as a trusted collaborator across the business.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses more than 10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with strong preference for candidates from fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record as a people manager, having led and nurtured teams of two or more.
- Excellent analytical and narrative skills, capable of converting complex data into strategic decisions.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, or MBA are beneficial.
